Join us at the Tramshed community space to celebrate and reflect on the impact of social prescribing projects in Tower Hamlets, as part of Social Prescribing Day 2023!
Social prescribing is a powerful tool in supporting health and wellbeing, reducing loneliness and isolation and empowering people to take part in new activities. This event will introduce some of the key players in Tower Hamlets working in social prescribing, and provide opportunities to see the projects that are running in the borough. We will focus on some of the key findings from established social prescribing projects, and explore the scope for greater alliance building in the borough.
Lunch will be provided, followed by the opportunity to meet a range of local service providers.
