 owerful tool in supporting health and wellbeing\, reducing loneliness and 
 isolation and empowering people to take part in new activities. This event
  will introduce some of the key players in Tower Hamlets working in social
  prescribing\, and provide opportunities to see the projects that are runn
 ing in the borough. We will focus on some of the key findings from establi
 shed social prescribing projects\, and explore the scope for greater allia
 nce building in the borough.\n\nLunch will be provided\, followed by the o
