Employers typically use interviews to assess the suitability of candidates. This webinar explains how to conduct your interviews most effectively and inclusively. It also explores alternatives and additional assessment methods, which may be better predictors of future performance. Find out more about what the UK law says and how to ask candidates about what adjustments they may need during your selection processes.

All employers from any sector and based in London are welcome. The workshop will be particularly relevant to human resource professionals, line managers and anyone involved in the recruitment, training, management and/or retention of people.

Who is leading the workshop:

Jane Hatton (MSc FCIPD FRSA), the director of Evenbreak, will guide you through creating an inclusive workplace culture. Evenbreak, an award-winning social enterprise that provides expert employment advice and consultation, is one of THEN and NOW’s key partners.

What does it cost:

The workshop is free to any employers based in London, UK.
