  interviews to assess the suitability of candidates. This webinar explains
  how to conduct your interviews most effectively and inclusively. It also 
 explores alternatives and additional assessment methods\, which may be bet
 ter predictors of future performance. Find out more about what the UK law 
 says and how to ask candidates about what adjustments they may need during
