SESSION DESCRIPTION:
In this online session, you will be paired with a business volunteer to run through an organisation health-check exercise. This exercise was designed by the NCVO.
Areas to explore:
– Mission,
– Legal,
– Leadership,
– Planning, Strategy
– Finance,
– Communications,
– M&E
– HR, Staff and volunteers
Together, volunteers and community organisations will run through a health check questionnaire, identifying gaps in the community organisation. Volunteers will coach community organisation through the process. By the end of the session, community organisations will have identified priority areas, and leave with an action plan for next steps.
