 is online session\, you will be paired with a business volunteer to run th
 rough an organisation health-check exercise. This exercise was designed by
  the NCVO.\n\nAreas to explore:\n- Mission\,\n- Legal\,\n- Leadership\,\n-
  Planning\, Strategy\n- Finance\,\n- Communications\,\n- M&amp\;E\n- HR\, 
 Staff and volunteers\n\nTogether\, volunteers and community organisations 
 will run through a health check questionnaire\, identifying gaps in the co
 mmunity organisation. Volunteers will coach community organisation through
  the process. By the end of the session\, community organisations will hav
 e identified priority areas\, and leave with an action plan for next steps
