Award-winning You Make It provides holistic empowerment programmes for young unemployed women to help them access the confidence, networks and experiences needed to claim a right to their city and the lives they deserve.
Over the last 11 years they have supported over 400 women to transform their lives; 83% of whom are now in full-time employment, have returned to study, or are working on business ideas.
