Women’s Trust are providing our support groups via zoom at the moment, so it is essential that women have a safe and confidential space to be able to do weekly sessions. To attend the clients will need to have an initial assessment, which is completed over the phone.
If clients are still living with the perpetrator or have young children that they are unable to leave alone, it may not be appropriate to refer. Clients must be over the age of 16 and must have experienced domestic abuse in adulthood.
Clients can self-refer, or professionals can refer on behalf of a client with their explicit consent. Women’s Trust only take referrals over the phone on 0207 034 0303. If you don’t get through do leave a message and someone will call you back.
