Support When It Matters (SWIM) and Look Ahead are working together to deliver a vaccine facilitator service for vaccine hesitant ethnic minority and undocumented people in Tower Hamlets. There will be up to five pop up vaccine clinics organised by Primary Care in Tower Hamlets.
As part of their campaign SWIM would welcome comments from community champions, local faith groups, ethnic and cultural interest groups, youth organisations, non government organisations, GP federations, community services, networks and local influencers, on how best to engage and bring awareness to the residents in Tower Hamlets.
They will be conducting assertive outreach focusing on engaging members of the community (ethnic minorities) to encourage vaccination up take with a positive vaccine message.
