Talking Taboos are currently working on exploring the experience of those who organise events / classes, and those who attend events / classes, after learning in their research that many people attend these events for connection, often from a place of loneliness. This desire for connection is regularly not met, so we they hoping to assist event organisers in changing responses to loneliness as well as strengthen community bonds through these pre-existing event spaces.
Talking Taboos are looking for organisers of any kinds of events/classes/activities to be interviewed about their experiences, they can offer a remuneration of £30 for this. Click here to register.
They also have two surveys, one for event organisers and one for event attendees which only take a few minutes to fill out.
