THCVS is looking for a voluntary & community sector organisation as a Neighbourhood Forum VCS partner (PCN1 & PCN2)
We are supporting a 1-year pilot to develop Neighbourhood Forums in 2 Primary Care Network areas in the North West of the borough. These meetings will be for residents to lead discussions and set local priorities on action around healthy communities. There is a budget for actions to be taken after the meetings. The Forums will be held in two Primary Care Networks (PCNs 1 & 2) and if successful there are plans to roll out to the other areas of Tower Hamlets.
We are looking for two VCS partners to support the pilot in both PCN 1 and PCN2.
The fee for this will be £20,000 for each PCN area up to the end of October 2024, and the successful partner will be expected to:
- Develop a model for community and voluntary sector partnerships, and resident involvement in your PCN
- Develop a programme of support that ensures that VCS health & wellbeing providers have the resources to increase capacity or fill gaps in need as identified through the Neighbourhood Forums
- Supporting the organisation of meetings, the collection and collation of evaluation data, and
- Develop a programme of community engagement in the PCN area to ensure that residents are aware of the programme and it is accessible.
