A programme of fun and gentle exercise classes, alongside opportunities to socialise and build new friendships. St. Margaret’s House are offering a programme of free hour-long exercise classes ranging from gentle yoga, dance movement and therapeutic fitness. These classes are designed to ensure everyone can take part, and cater to a range of abilities, so come along and try out something new to keep fit and support your wellbeing.
There will be a mix of online and in-person classes to ensure everyone can take part in our activities. Classes run February – July 2022 and are free to attend, but booking is essential and spaces limited. Movement and Meet is supported by Sport England.
