Local police have been out in full force to tackle antisocial behaviour (ASB) for Antisocial Behaviour Awareness Week. Teams have been conducting extra patrols and holding daily street briefings, where members of the public can speak to officers about what we’re doing to tackle ASB, how to report it, and what support services are available.
They have also held daily weapon sweeps in and around parks in the borough, where Tower Hamlets Enforcement Officers have found knives, a machete, a hammer and large quantities of cannabis – these are now off our streets, helping to keep our residents safe.
