Tower Hamlets CVS Is hosting a Trustee Network event on the 26th March.
The network aims to give trustees the opportunity to raise issues and discuss with other trustees. THCVS ran a survey at the end of last year to find out what would be useful for the network to discuss, the areas that you identified were, finance and fundraising strategies, developing a theory of change, strategic plans and improving your digital offer. The first session this year will look at finance and developing a fundraising strategy which will be led by Peter Okali the THCVS CEO.
There will be opportunities to network and share your experiences with other trustees.
