Q&A with Black Therapists for Black People & Black Businesses / Zoom Webinar

Wed, 26 October 2022, 18:30 – 20:45

Making Time for Black Mental Health is an online webinar event curated by Bella Rareworld for the Black community to give participants an opportunity to have their questions answered by a panel of Black therapists. In addition, Samaritans will talk about the importance of emotional support for anyone who is struggling to cope.

This event is free to attend funding by Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea and our Charity Partner is Samaritans.

  • Bella Rareworld has created an informal Q&A online space for Black people and Black businesses to get your mental health and wellbeing questions answered by a panel of Black therapists.
  • This is a webinar Zoom style event, so no need to switch on your camera (website link/password sent by email 24 hours before event date).
  • They want to help you find your voice and the self-confidence to take baby steps to get mental health support because you are not alone.

Do you need support with:

  • Depression
  • Loneliness
  • Anxiety
  • Trauma
  • PTSD
  • Bipolar Disorder

Black therapists will answer your mental health questions & can relate to your specific Black mental health cultural issues:

  1. Struggles with race (in business and/or the work place)
  2. How to share struggles with family members or parents.
  3. Cycle of generational trauma
  4. Fears seeking support from doctor and NHS
