Money and Mental Health – Helping You to Help Others

Money and Mental Health - Helping You to Help Others

Thursday 10 November / 10.00 to 11.00am

To mark Talk Money Week, Thrive LDN and the Money and Pensions Service are hosting a webinar on the relationship between money and mental health and practical ways to get support.

We know that many people are worried about the rising cost of living and the impact this will have over the winter months. With 1 in 5 people living with a mental health problem finding themselves in debt and 20% of people in debt reporting poor health, it is more important than ever to understand the link between the two and know the practical ways to signpost those who may need support towards services and resources relevant to them.

If you are someone supporting individuals who may be struggling right now, whether it be through volunteering, helping in your local community or just as a friend or neighbour, then this webinar will guide you through the support and practical advice available. As well as giving you the opportunity to get answers to any questions you may have.

The webinar will take place on MS Teams. Register now to receive updates and the link to join. Further details will be shared nearer the time.
