Inclusive Interviews and Alternatives
Employers typically use interviews to assess the suitability of candidates. This webinar covers how to conduct interviews effectively and inclusively, and also explores alternatives and additional assessment methods to interviews which may be better predictors of future performance.
Who should attend:
Any employers based in London, UK are welcome.
The workshop will be particularly relevant to human resource professionals, line managers and anyone involved in the recruitment, training, management and/or retention of people.
Who is leading the workshop:
Jane Hatton (MSc FCIPD FRSA), the director of Evenbreak, will guide you through creating an inclusive workplace culture. Evenbreak, an award-winning social enterprise that provides expert employment advice and consultation, is one of THEN and NOW’s key partners.
