This training programme is for programme managers, fundraisers, and directors responsible for performance improvement. Through a series of three case-study based training modules, we look at how our fictional CEO, Mary, approaches impact measurement; identifies the type of evaluation best for her services; and how she addresses challenges she encounters along the way.
