Harbinger PTA is hosting the Youth Skill Up event funded by the Tower Hamlets Island Community Network.
Aimed at youth aged 13-25 & their families on the Isle of Dogs, they invite you to bring all the family & come and join then for some FREE fun activities at Harbinger School.
