ELBA Toolkit: Coaching, Feedback and Influencing

During this two hour UBS led ELBA Toolkit session, participants will have the opportunity to understand:
- How to conduct an effective coaching session
- How to deliver both positive and constructive feedback
- What is meant by influencing and how to effectively influence different types of people on different scenarios
- How to identify, categorise and manage different stakeholder group.
You will also have the opportunity to discuss and share your challenges directly with experts.
This session is applicable for employees of all seniorities, however would be particularly beneficial to senior members of the team.
