ELBA are hosting an online consultancy session for Hackney, Tower Hamlets and Haringey-based community partners, focused on business planning and strategy challenges – the chance to work with a small team of corporate business volunteers with business planning and strategy expertise. You’ll be able to use the time in this session to ask for advice and brainstorm as a team as to how to address your specific challenge(s), with the aim to leave with an action plan of next steps and ideas that you can take back to your organisation to implement. The volunteers will all be from the business planning teams at Societe Generale, UBS and Linklaters.
