ELBA is hosting an online finance consultancy session for ELBA female-led community organisations or those who support female beneficiaries to be facilitated by volunteers from Citi Women’s Network. This session offers you the chance to work with a small team of volunteers focussing primarily on writing a budget/how to do a budget reconciliation OR how to do a cash flow forecast.
You will be able to use the time to learn some of the key principles associated with financial planning and management and have the opportunity to work together on your own budget OR your own cash flow forecast.
