Cyber Resilience Training for Small Charities

The shifts in our daily routines and the huge increase in how and when we use technology and online services are a result of the Coronavirus disruption have brought cyber resilience concerns and worries to the forefront of many people’s minds.

We know that the rapid and often drastic changes over the last months have often come faster and more unexpected than many would have liked. In addition, it is no secret that, even with the best will in the world, the topic of cyber resilience can be overwhelming: even the best guidance can be difficult to make sense of in real life.

But embracing technology, going digital and living increasingly online can be done securely, and there are people there to help you do it.

To make sure you feel confident about your charities’ cyber resilience, Small Charities Coalition has teamed up with global cyber security and risk mitigation advisers NCC Group to offer this Cyber Resilience Training for its members. Particularly in the current climate, anyone can be affected by online attacks, and we want to make it easy as possible for smaller charities to make sense of cyber, and to defend themselves from cyber attacks in the best possible way.

· Learn who, why and how your charity can be targeted by cybercriminals

· Learn how the changes and impact of Coronavirus could create new cyber risks

· Learn how to protect yourself and your charities against those risks, how you can improve your cyber security, and what steps you need to take next
