Come join the new monthly Peer Support Group for carers experiencing a wide range of bereavement, grief and loss related issues.
The Carers Centre Tower Hamlets understand that caring for someone who passes away, a sudden death of a family member or friend, a terminal diagnosis or supporting someone with Dementia can have a big impact on your wellbeing. As part of o their commitment to support carers with their emotional wellbeing as well as developing appropriate peer support, they offer this group.
