Should there be more Black, Asian and minority-ethnic women in senior leadership roles in the borough? Tower Hamlets Council thinks so and it is calling on residents to take part in a project which aims to encourage more people from these communities to feel these kinds of roles are for them and to apply. Ahead of the launch of the “I Can Be” project later this year, the council wants to find out more how residents would like to be communicated with and which channels work best for different groups. Lunch will be provided.
