Staff are invited to an expressive art group workshop to explore how art-making can support your feelings of wellness. The group aims to provide a safe space for emotional support. Through art-making and conversation, you are invited to express and explore any emotions you wish to share. In this space art-making and conversation are used as tools to inspire self-exploration and expression and promote healing and feelings of wellness. No existing art skills are necessary. There is no creative judgement!!!
You need only a quiet space, internet access, any art materials you may have at home, and curiosity about how expressive art can help you. The goal of the group is to help promote self-care and overall wellness during this challenging time. These are online interactive live sessions on zoom, facilitated by a qualified Art Psychotherapist. Each session lasts 90 minutes The max number of participants for each group is six and open to adults 18+, and all creative abilities are welcome.
