Create Community Hub, CLDS and the Clinical Commissioning Group is holding an event aimed at people with learning disabilities who live in Tower Hamlets.
This event will be organised by the Empowering Voices Group.
It will be a chance to have your voice heard about your experiences living, working and accessing services in Tower Hamlets.
There will be light refreshments, Quiz and Q&A session and lots of fun!
The event will be held at Create Community Hub, 35 Ronald Street, E1 0DT

1:45pm – Question and answers re: physical and mental health
2:15 – Ben from shape up will have a discussion around health and exercise
2:30pm – 10 minute comfort break
2:40pm – Lucy talking about new urgent care plan
3:00pm – Yoga with Tresi and Salih
3:30pm – closing speech from Joe Ellis and Sam.W
