 an event aimed at people with learning disabilities who live in Tower Haml
 ets.\n\nThis event will be organised by the Empowering Voices Group.\n\nIt
  will be a chance to have your voice heard about your experiences living\,
  working and accessing services in Tower Hamlets.\n\nThere will be light r
 efreshments\, Quiz and Q&amp\;A session and lots of fun!\n\nThe event will
  be held at Create Community Hub\, 35 Ronald Street\, E1 0DT\n\nAGENDA\n\n
 1pm – lunch/refreshments provided for all\n\n1:30pm – welcome message 
 to all from Manager Tresi\n\n1:30pm – Royal Quiz\n\n1:45pm – Question 
 and answers re: physical and mental health\n\n2:15 – Ben from shape up w
 ill have a discussion around health and exercise\n\n2:30pm – 10 minute c
 omfort break\n\n2:40pm - Lucy talking about new urgent care plan\n\n3:00pm
  – Yoga with Tresi and Salih\n\n3:30pm – closing speech from Joe Ellis
