Speaker: Andrew Lumsden – Tour Guide at Queer Tours of London
Andrew is a guide for Queer Tours of London: A Mince Through Time and will be talking to us about LGBT+ history in Tower Hamlets. He joined the Gay Liberation Front in London in 1970 which to the creation of ‘Pride’.
We are working on producing an LGBT+ Directory for Tower Hamlets so we can begin to map LGBT+ venues, groups, services and events in the borough. This is an opportunity for us to share information about LGBT+ activities in the borough and talk about how we can support mapping LGBT+ history in the borough.
