Freelance Media & Marketing Lead – Osmani Trust

Rate: £13.50 to £15.50 per hour
Commitment: up to 12 hours per week
Contract: Fixed-term until March 2027 (possible extension subject to funding)
Location: Remote / London E1 5AW (Tower Hamlets Office)

Osmani Trust, an award-winning youth and community charity based in Tower Hamlets, is seeking a freelance Media & Marketing Lead to support and deliver its marketing and communications activities. This is an excellent opportunity for a self-employed marketing professional who is passionate about community impact and wants the flexibility of part-time freelance work while contributing to meaningful social change.

The Role

As a freelance partner, you will take the lead on delivering a clear and consistent marketing approach that strengthens Osmani Trust’s visibility and voice.

Main Duties:

• Post on our various social media platforms – to ensure visibility, presence and promote our various campaigns, streams of work and projects.
• Produce short-form videos/reels.
• Responsible for producing bi-monthly Newsletter.
• Update and refresh website content.
• Design and create posters/flyers and promotional materials for Osmani.
• Work closely with project leads and managers to create social media content and posts
