Voice4change are delighted to invite you to the V4CE Peer Support Learning Forum, a unique opportunity for V4CE Members and Grantees to gather and explore the theme of “Supporting Diversity, Equality, and Inclusion in the Workplace.” The forum will take place on Tuesday, 18th July 2023, from 1 PM to 2:30 PM.
During this interactive session, we will delve into important aspects related to diversity, equality, and inclusion in the workplace. The areas of focus for this forum include:
- Identifying Unconscious Biases: Gain insights into the unconscious biases that may exist within our organisations and learn strategies to address them effectively.
- Practising EDI in Recruitment: Discover best practices and innovative approaches to embedding Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) principles in recruitment processes to build a diverse and inclusive workforce.
- Sharing and Learning Discussions: Engage in meaningful discussions centred around the benefits and challenges of implementing EDI initiatives within your organization. Learn from your peers’ experiences and share your own insights.
Voice4change are honored to have Deputy Director Dr. Sharmin Shajahan, along with their Grant and Development Officers, as the speaker/facilitator for this forum. Dr. Shajahan brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in promoting diversity and inclusion.
