This event is a follow up of what we kickstarted in February 2022 with TATI Canteen’s (@tati.canteen), TATI Members doing a series of cooking demonstration sessions in collaboration with and at the House of Annetta (@houseofannetta).
We learnt about traditional Bangladeshi cooking. The series of workshops explored the art of Pita making (February – Shapula and Marzia), Bhortas (March – Jenny, Marzia and Tahmina) and Achaar, Chutneys and Preserves (May – Kamrun, Marzia and Tahmina).
Together we delved into the history of Bengali cuisine that you won’t find at your local curry house! People even get the chance to take home what they made!
