This workshop will cover laws and tools available to plan your family’s financial future around wills and Lasting Power of Attorney.
The workshop will cover:
Ways of promoting financial security for your dependents
Legal steps to take around wills and Lasting Power of Attorney
Your rights when making financial decisions, paying bills, making decisions about home and property as well as making treatment and care decisions
The workshop will be delivered by students from BPP University of Law’s Streetlaw Project. Streetlaw is BPP University Law School’s largest pro bono project which provides public legal education in action, with students delivering interactive presentations in prisons, homeless shelters, schools and community groups.
