ELBA is facilitating an in person evaluation planning workshop which will be run by a trainer from the National Council of Voluntary Organisations (NCVO). This is both an introductory and refresher session.
Training from NCVO gives you practical skills to measure outcomes and impact in a way that works for you, and your funders. The step-by-step programme helps you progress through planning, measurement and reporting. You’ll come away with the skills you need to develop a fit for purpose monitoring and evaluation system.
This course is recommended to anyone that wants to learn more about monitoring and evaluation. It’s particularly useful if you are new to outcome and impact measurement, responsible for managing and reporting to funders and trustees, or are in the planning stages of a project or service.
