Support When It Matters (SWIM) and Look Ahead are working together to deliver a vaccine facilitator service for vaccine hesitant ethnic minority and undocumented people in Tower Hamlets. There will be up to five pop up vaccine clinics organised by Primary Care in Tower Hamlets.
SWIM is a Community Interest Company originating in Hackney, which serves to empower people to improve their health, well being and life chances.SWIM exists to help seldom heard and vulnerable individuals to access resources and opportunities available to live healthy purposeful lives.
SWIM provides culturally informed support to people from ethnic minority communities with criminal justice, physical and mental health, rough sleeping and homelessness challenges.
They work with individuals who are the most disadvantaged with multiple complex needs through our contracts with Local Authorities, Ministry of Justice and the NHS.

Look Ahead supports thousands of people across London and South East with a diverse range of needs, helping them to make individual choices, to achieve goals and take control of their own lives by providing tailor-made support and accommodation services.
