This year LBTH are looking for volunteers to have their photo taken and/or to take part in short video clips promoting top tips of how we can look after ourselves during winter.
They’d love to have people who live or work in the borough feature & the opportunity is open to people of all ages, ethnicities & abilities.
The short video clips will include people talking in their own language for approx. 20-30 seconds about what they will do this winter to keep well & stay warm; people can share their own ideas, or we can help with tips from the campaign too.
Examples of the types of photos they are looking to take are people:
- Chatting & drinking tea/coffee
- Accessing healthcare
- Going for a walk
- Using blankets &/or hot water bottles to help keep warm
- Outside local landmarks
They would also love to use quotes against your photos of how you will look after yourself & others this Winter, & any other suggestions you have will be very welcome.
Additional info:
- Time needed up to 1 – 2 hours depending on if you have your photo taken and/or would like to do a quick video clip
- Locations to be confirmed but will be in Tower Hamlets, & most likely the photographer will be able to travel to you
- Please feel free to share this email out to people/organisations you know who might be interested
- Photos taken will be used on a mix of printed & digital materials
