This is our new six-month programme designed to take up to eight organisations, with a coaching approach, through the process of structuring grant applications.

It is focussed at organisations who are just starting or have not previously been funded, and it aims to support grant applications to secure funding.

The programme will focus on three core topics:

  1. Funding applications
  2. Governance
  3. Impact/User involvement/Co-production

By signing up to the programme we are asking you to attend:

  • Introduction: meet the team and other colleagues and tell us about your project.
  • Five training sessions covering:

12th February - Defining your Project
11th March - Outcomes and Impact
15th April - Monitoring and Evaluation
13th May - Online presence and Crowdfunding
10TH June - Budgeting and Finance
    15th July - Peer Evaluation

  • Style pitching session to funders.

We are hoping that you will be able to attend all the sessions. However, we understand that things can happen so we have scheduled our "Open Support Programme" (link to the programme) to run in conjunction with this programme so if you miss a session you will be able to attend another one held on a different date.

We will be running these sessions on a Wednesday morning at our offices at the Greenhouse 244 -254 Cambridge Heath Road. London. E2 9DA Google Maps

1-2-1 support:

The THCVS team will offer each organisation a dedicated case worker  to give you tailored support through a series of 1-2-1 sessions to support you to set up your structure and prepare to bid to different funders.

Workbook:

You will have a workbook to enable you to record your learnings and identify actions that you can plan ahead of the next training or 1-2-1 support session.
