Prince's trust east London is holding "Engage" at  their Prince’s Trust East London Centre.

Engage is a two-hour taster session, where young people can attend our centre, meet staff and find out about what we have to offer.

The last session was highly successful, an opportunity  to get to know the young people who attended, all of whom were booked onto programmes that suited their needs, or signposted to other services.

Rock Pool - Free Trauma Informed Practice Roadshow

Do you work with people who have experienced trauma?

Rock Pool are running a FREE Understanding Trauma Roadshow in London on Thursday July 11th.

The half-day session will include interactive sessions focusing on practical aspects of our training courses and programmes which attendees will be able to use in their day-to-day work to more effectively support and engage families who have experienced trauma.

Photographic exhibition celebrating women in policing launches at City Hall

A unique new photographic exhibition featuring female police officers on the frontline working in units ranging from firearms to the mounted branch and the marine police has opened at City Hall in central London.

The special selection of large format shots which are now on show in the iconic building that is home to London’s Mayor give a unique insight into the wide diversity of roles occupied by women in the Met of 2019.

Community Energy in a Climate Emergency' - London City Hall

Near 100 councils across the country have now declared Climate Emergency. In London this includes the boroughs of Greenwich, Southwark, Lambeth, Newham, Haringey, Ealing, Tower Hamlets, Waltham Forest and also the Greater London Authority. In addition, petitions are now in place for similar action in Camden, Islington ,Merton, and Westminster.
