North East London NHS has Long-Term Health Conditions as a top priority. They really want to people with Long Term Health Conditions help them shape how they support people. Please see the attached flyer for face-to-face and online events coming up very soon. If you attend face-to-face event, you can get a £35 Love2shop voucher or if you attend an online event a £25 Lover2shop voucher.
People with the following long term health conditions are invited to register their interest:
- A heart condition such as Atrial fibrillation, Cardiovascular disease and Heart failure
- A lung condition such as Asthma and Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD)
- Other conditions such as Diabetes and Chronic kidney disease

Face to Face (Stratford): Wednesday 18 January / 10.00am to 11.30am or 1.00pm to 2.30pm
Online: Friday 20 January / 10.00am to 11.30am or 1.00pm to 2.30pm
