Youth Out East is our service that supports LGBT and questioning young people to make friends, get involved in activities and projects to have fun and develop skills, confidence and self-esteem around their identity.

Our LGBT Social Support Group meets weekly, 2.30-4.30pm, for a chance to chill out and have a cuppa with some friends. Discussions, quizzes and games for an easy afternoon. Admission £2
Rise Above Hate Rise Above Hate meets twice monthly on 1st & 3rd Mondays, 6.30-9.30pm, for anyone who has experienced LGBT discrimination or hate. Opportunity to unite, network, get support and develop new skills and coping strategies through facilitated and empowering workshops. Admission £2
18-25yr old LGBT people meet on the 2nd & 4th Thursdays, 6.30-9pm, to talk about all things LGBT they don’t teach you at school, including healthy friendships and same-sex relationships. Admission £2.
ELOP Men meets on the first Thursday of the month, 7-9.30pm, for gay, bisexual and trans men to have an inclusive space away from the mainstream scene, with discussions and activities to support everyone to get involved and feel welcome. Admission £2.
ELOP Women meet on the third Thursday of the month, 7-9.30pm, for lesbian, bisexual and trans women to have a space for debates, games, discussions and more in a friendly venue in The ‘Stow. Admission £2.
Monthly meet up for LGBT families to network and get involved in activities and games with families that look like theirs. This group is held a local play centre. Join our mailing list to receive reminders and details. Admission £2 for adults, £1 per child.
