Good Things Foundation is working with J.P. Morgan Chase Foundation to understand the policy and delivery landscape around digital technology. Since September 2018, they have been researching the different ways in which services use digital technology to help them support people.

In particular, they are interested in how digital technology is used within: ● Employability and in-work progression ● Financial capability In the context of Universal Credit, these issues are increasingly linked to an individual’s ability to access and use the internet.
