Do you get what you really need?

How do you react when people disagree with you?

How do you deal with difficult conversations?

Introduction to Conflict Resolution

This three-day course will cover:
- Our individual responses and choices when having disagreements
-How our cultural backgrounds impact our choices
-Theory of why conflicts occur
-Strategies to help engage effectively in difficult conversations
-Skills practice

The course is very participatory, using games and exercises, so be prepared for active involvement in all the sessions. The skills can be used at home, work or study.
Each session builds on the previous one, so if you miss a session, you cannot complete the course. If you cannot make these dates but are interested in Conflict Resolution Skills training, please call and register your interest.
