 shments\n 	11:00-12:00 - Fun and energetic wellbeing workshop run by Outsi
 de Edge Theatre Company\n 	12:00-13:00 - Upbeat body percussion workshop r
 un by Beat Goes On. Have fun stomping\, clapping and exploring how we can 
 use our bodies as a percussive instrument. No prior musical experience is 
 needed. It's a great way to come together\, have fun\, and try something n
 ew!\n 	13:00- FREE halal lunch\n\nEnergise your Wednesday in a warm and fr
 iendly space!\n\nBengali\, Somali and Turkish translators and bilingual sp
 eakers will be on hand for those who prefer to speak in these languages.\n
