 *27 Jun\, 4 Jul\, 18 Jul\, 1 Aug\, *15 Aug). \n\nPlease register before 2
 3 June\n\nA wellbeing support group run by NHS Health and Wellbeing Coache
 s alongside Talking Therapies to help support those with low mood and/or a
 nxiety. What to expect:\n\n 	Understand how low mood\, depression &amp\; 
 anxiety can affect you\n 	Learn relaxation techniques\n 	Explore your thou
 ghts\, feelings and behaviours\n 	Share your experience in a safe space\n 
 	Sessions will be delivered in English and refreshments will be available.
 \n\nTo register you must be aged 18 or over and registered to one of the f
 ollowing GP practices: Aberfeldy Practice\, Chrisp Street Health Centre\, 
 Gough Walk Practice\, Limehouse Practice.\n\nREGISTER HERE\n\n
