DESCRIPTION:FREE Peer Learning Workshop:\nVolunteering During COVID-19 - C
 urrent Issues and Learning for Recovery\nThursday 30 September 2021\, 2pm
 –4pm\, on Zoom\n\nThis FREE practical Peer Learning session will look at
  the findings of recent research conducted by the University of Kent and N
 CVO with 129 volunteer involving organisations in England in 2021. The res
 earch provides a snapshot of the current challenges and opportunities face
 d\, and includes reflections on how to support volunteering as we move tow
 ards recovery.\n\nDuring the session you will consider the four main theme
 s for recovery identified by the research\, and discuss and share ideas an
 d plans for addressing these with other local Volunteer Managers. The the
 mes are:\n\n 	Bringing back volunteers\n 	Sustaining the involvement of ne
 w volunteers\n 	Volunteer diversity and inclusion\n 	Collaboration and the
  importance of ‘local’\n\nThe session will be lead by Evelyn Rodrigues
