DESCRIPTION:Thursday 9 December 2021 / 10.30am to 1.00pm\n\nKnowing the dif
 ference that your volunteer programme makes to volunteers\, service users 
 and your organisation is crucial in today’s competitive environment. It 
 can help to secure funding\, recruit more volunteers and improve your serv
 ices. Having strong data and examples will help your organisation to stand
  out from the crowd.\n\nOn this course\, you’ll learn how to create an e
 valuation plan that will enable you to understand and demonstrate the diff
 erence your volunteer programme makes. We will look at what “making a di
 fference” means (to whom and how)\, developing realistic and measurable 
 outcomes for your volunteer programme\, practical and user-friendly tools 
 for gathering information\, including digital tools and how to analyse and
  communicate the results of your impact assessment.\n\nThis session is sui
 table for experienced Volunteer Managers as well as those who are new to m
 anaging volunteers.\n\nPriority will be given to voluntary sector organisa
 tions with a base/office in Tower Hamlets\, or that have services aimed at
