 gby Street\, E2 0LS\n\nWhat is the purpose?\n\nThe council is launching it
 s new Small Grants Programme in November 2023. We are organising a worksho
 p for the voluntary community sector organisations to help co-design the g
 rants process to ensure it meets the needs of the residents\, the voluntar
 y and community sector\, and the council.\n\nWhat will happen in the works
 hop?\n\nIn the workshop participants will take part in small group discuss
 ions to come up with ideas on how best to:\n\n 	Promoting the Small Grants
  so the VCS is aware of them\n 	Providing all the information the VCS need
  to apply\n 	Creating an easy to use and accessible application form\n 	In
 form groups on whether or not they’ve been successful\n 	How to monitor 
 grants so the council gets the information it needs and it is not too burd
 ensome for the VCS\n\nFollowing the meeting the Council will develop a pla
 n for the Small Grants application process and inform the participants of 
 this workshop on how their ideas have been used.\n\nWho is the workshop fo
 r?\n\nThe workshop is for voluntary and community sector organisations who
 :\n\n 	Operate in Tower Hamlets\n 	Have an income of under £150\,000 per 
 annum\n\nWe hope that a diverse range of groups attend from different area
 s of the borough and who work with all sections of the community.\n\nWhat 
 will be provided?\n\nOn top of the opportunity to have your say in shaping
  the new Small Grants Process\, we will be providing refreshments and lunc
