 59 Mile End Road\, E1 4AQ\n\nJoin the Tower Hamlets LGBT Community Forum
  for a 'Meet &amp\; Greet' with restored Tower Hamlets LGBT+ Liaison Offic
 er and local Police Team and for an update on tackling LGBT+ related Hate
  Crime locally.\n\nWe meet twice a quarter at 6pm on the last Wednesday of
  the month in person to discuss local current affairs\, share ideas on the
 mes or topics and feel connected.\n\nWe would like to welcome anyone who i
 s interested in getting involved in the Tower Hamlets LGBT+ Forum to come 
 along before the meeting from 5.30pm to find out more over a cup of tea. Y
 ou are welcome to stay for the rest of the meeting.\n\nAbout the Tower Ham
 lets LGBT Community Forum\n\nThe Forum is a project that aims to bring tog
 ether LGBT+ people (and allies) who live\, work\, study or socialise in th
 e London Borough of Tower Hamlets to discuss and have an influence on issu
 es which affect the local LGBT community\, as well as network\, socialise 
 and meet other local LGBT people.\n\nThe Forum holds monthly meetings wher
 e members come together to issues that affect the local and national LGBT 
 community\, and meet other local LGBT people for both networking and socia
 lising. The Forum also organises quarterly social events for members\, and
  undertakes research into the experiences of local LGBT people so that LGB
 T voices are heard and represented in local policy making.\n\nAnyone\, LGB
 T+ people and allies who live\, work\, study or socialise in Tower Hamlets
  can join the Forum\, attend monthly meetings\, and join in with discussio
 n\, research\, and having a say on local issues. You can be a local profes
 sional or a resident – everyone is welcome.\n\nJoining the Forum is free
  and easy – email LGBTforum@elop.org to request a member form.\n\nForum 
 members receive monthly Newsletters and shorter ‘Newsflashes’ updating
  them on the dates and locations of meetings\, and local LGBT news and eve
 nts\, as well as updates on current opportunities to get involved with loc
