  Muslim Centre 46 Whitechapel Rd\, E1 1JX\n\nCome along to our next Tower 
 Hamlets Inter Faith forum meeting\, where the focus will be on new emergin
 g work from LBTH. The council’s new budget will provide investment into
  lots of areas that will benefit the community\, including cost of living 
 support\, young people\, community safety and climate change.\n\n£7m has 
 been approved to help tackle climate change\, including electric waste ve
 hicles\, EV charging points and low carbon fuel. We will be joined by Abd
 ul Kahn from the council’s Sustainable Development Team\, who will provi
 de information on incentives and support that will benefit faith settings 
 and residents.\n\nCommunity safety is also a big priority – the council
 s Violence Against Women and Girls (VAWG) and Hate Crime team are working 
 hard to tackle these crimes by providing training for leaders to identify 
 and respond effectively and appropriately to issues relating to VAWG. We w
 ill be joined by Menara Ahmed of the VAWG team to hear an update on thei
 r work\, and how to get involved.\n\nWith other speakers to be announced\,
  join us to hear about these important pieces of work\, and share your vi
 ews too.\n\nWe will also have our regular slots including an update on th
 e work of THIFF\, a report on hate crimes by Met Police\, an information s
