 pill. In Tower Hamlets there are some amazing people leading this service.
 \n\nOur second public meeting for The Health Tree will be an opportunity t
 o come together and celebrate how social prescribing works in Tower Hamlet
 s. This event is for anyone with an interest in social prescribing and wil
